Saleh Keshawarz

Saleh Keshawarz, Vice-President, is Department Chair and Program Director for Civil Engineering at the University of Hartord. Dr. Keshawarz earned his Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from the University of Oklahoma and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Kabul University. For four years, he directed a World Bank and USAID funded partnership between the University of Hartford and Herat University in Afghanistan. The partnership was focused on enhancing engineering education at Herat University through providing masters degree scholarship, curriculum development, and laboratory improvement.
